Lillian's Three Month Pictures

These are my favorite three month pictures that Nichole took. This is another dress my mom had made for me as a baby.
Can you believe these cheeks!?
And lips?

Photoshoot with Lillian

Dustin's sister, Nichole, took these pictures of Lillian when she was one month old. I just love how they turned out! The dress she is wearing was mine as a baby. My mom made it herself!

A friend of Dustin's photoshoped this first one.

Happy Easter

Our First Easter with Lillian

Four and Five Months

My laptop has crashed for the second time recently....it is being worked on, but Im not sure it is fixable! So that is the reason for the lack of blogging!
Here are Lil's stats at her four month check up:
weight - 16.3 pounds 97th percentile!
Length - 26 inches 97th percentile also!
Four months was pretty rough around our house. She decided she did not want to sleep anymore at night and wanted to eat every three hours at night! It was horrible...even from day one Lil always slept at least five hours! We somehow struggled through and she kept getting better. We decided it was time to move her to her room, and she has done wonderful! She turned five months on Saturday, and I think this is going to be my favorite month thus far! She is now sleeping about ten hours straight at night! She flips to her stomach right after I put her down around eight and she sleeps until seven! It is wonderful. She also takes two good naps during the day and one catnap. She has gotten so social and is so much fun!!!

Chunkey Monkey

My baby is eleven weeks! I cant believe how big she is! Did I mention that she weighed FIFTEEN pounds at her eight week check-up?? Crazy! She can sit up in her bumbo now. She is definately going to be a talker! She talks all the time and gets so tickled at her self. If I laugh at her, it makes her laugh. I started Baby Wise last week. She was sleeping really well at night, but getting so fussy around six pm...I finally realized she just wasnt getting enough naps during the day. It was time for a schedule! I love the baby wise schedule...she is doing really well so far. She is still going five to seven hours at night, hoping to stretch that out! She has started waking up around 2-3am though. I can put her paci in her mouth and re-swaddle her and she goes back to sleep. I moved her out of the wicker bassinet and into the pack and play bassinet. She takes all of her naps in her crib and loves her room, so I know I need to move her in there for nighttime soon, I just HATE to walk across the house to feed her at four am! So for now I am being lazy and keeping her in our bedroom. Im hoping the future transition will be easy since she naps in there.?

I went to get her after a morning nap and found her talking to herself in her crib!

Lillian 2 Months

Lillian turned two months on Sunday. She is still such an amazingly good baby! She is sleeping five to seven hours straight at night, so I only have to get up once and she goes right back to sleep. She has found her fists this week. She tries to get her whole fist in her mouth and goes to town sucking on it! It is so easy to get her to smile! She has the sweetest smily that lights up her face and makes my heart melt! She has also found her voice! She will try to carry on a complete conversation with me! I love it. She had her two month Dr. visit yesterday and had to get her shots. My sister Grace came with me because Dustin had to be out of town for work. I was so worried! Lillian was SO happy before she got them, these two pics are at the dr office while we were waiting for the nurse to give her shots. She couldnt stop laughing and cooing. But once she got stuck, she SCREAMED and cried crocodile tears. Her face turned purple. It KILLED me! I got her calmed down pretty quickly though, and we gave her some grape flavored tylenol, which she loved, so she started smiling again! The last picture is after the tylenol. I took her straight home and held her pretty much all day!

Oh! and she weighs FIFTEEN pounds! Which is off the charts! She is 23 inches long, 75th percentile.

She made her big debut at church on Sunday...everyone loved her and she did great! I was so ready to go back!
